What is the difference between a truck-mounted boom pump and a line pump?

A truck-mounted boom pump has an articulating arm (the "boom") of 25–63 m that places concrete precisely where it's needed without dragging hose. A line pump pushes concrete through a steel pipeline laid on the ground or up a riser, requiring manual hose handling at the discharge end. Boom pumps win on speed and labor cost; line pumps win on horizontal reach beyond 60 m and on access to constrained urban sites. Which boom pump model is right for my project?

Match boom reach to building height plus 5–10 m safety margin. TP25M4 (24 m) covers small residential and bridge work. TP38RZ5 / TP43RZ5 handle mid-rise residential (8–12 storeys) and routine commercial work. TP49RZ6 covers high-rise to ~14 storeys. TP56RZ6 and TP63RZ6 are the standard picks for high-rise commercial up to ~20 storeys. Above 60 m vertical reach you'll typically switch to a stationary concrete pump driving concrete through a riser to a placing boom on the working floor.

What chassis brands can the boom pump be mounted on?

Our boom pump upper parts are designed as independent modules and mount on Sinotruk, Dongfeng, Shacman, FAW and other chassis brands depending on your market. We handle PTO integration, hydraulic plumbing and complete vehicle testing before shipment. Tell us your preferred chassis brand and destination market, and we configure accordingly.

What emission standards are supported?

We supply boom pumps in Euro II through Euro V emission specifications to match your destination market's regulatory requirements. The mainstream Sinotruk chassis covers the full Euro II–V band; for Euro V single-spec applications (most European, Australian and Gulf markets), the Sinotruk HOWO N7 chassis with MC11 engine is the standard pairing.
